Market Update 4/1/2017

It is Springtime again and on the coast that means bright green hillsides and baby lambs.  March was VERY BUSY for real estate!  There were 30 new listings, compared to only 7 the month before and 9 of those 30 new listings are already in escrow. There was a total of 20 homes that went into escrow and closed sales totaled only 5 due to the slow months of Jan and Feb.  Lots sales stayed about the same with 3 closed sales, 11 new listings and 4 new escrows.  Higher interest rates are coming, don’t put it off if you have been thinking about getting coastal property.
