Market Update 3/1/2017

Wow, 22 days out of 28 days in February we had rain! Except for the fact that we still need the water, I would say “enough already”.  Despite all the wet weather, there were 8 new escrows.  Listings stayed very slow at only 7 and there were 12 closed sales.  This of course is normal for this time of year but we should see a big uptick here in the next few months.  Lots sales dropped to 3 and new listings went up to 10, there were 2 new escrows.  Rumors of higher interest rates, don’t put it off if you have been thinking about getting coastal property.
