Market Update 12/1/2016

Happy Holidays!  End of the year and time to reflect of the real estate market that has occurred this year.  Overall we have seen steadily rising prices and an steady influx of buyers.  Several months actually saw record number of new escrows but for the most part, I would call this year “slow and steady” which for real estate is not a bad thing!  During November on The Sea Ranch,  escrows slowed down a little to 7, new listings were down to 7 and closed sales totaled 9.  This of course is normal for this time of year as people are more into the Holidays and various activities that surround them.  Lots sales stayed at 2 and there was only 1 new listing.        NEW LISTINGS
