Market Update 1/1/2017

Happy New Year!  We are getting hammered by rain, which is good but it’ll be nice to dry out.  Looking back at 2016 we had one of our best years for sales with a total of 183 homes selling.  Sales on The Sea Ranch hit an all time high of 104.  During December new listings slowed way down to 4, new escrows totaled 13 and there were 9 closed sales.  This of course is normal for this time of year as people were busy with the Holidays and various activities that surround them.  Lots sales went up to 5 and there were 7 new listings.  Don’t put it off if you have been thinking about getting coastal property, rates are down and prices are still good.
